Clipline is a desktop video editor built around the streamer pipeline. Pull a recent Twitch VOD with its markers and clips, collect every moment in one Session Inbox, prep them as shorts with streamer presets, caption them, and stitch a longform from the queue. Rendering happens on your machine.
Pulls recent Twitch VODs, markers and clips through the shared Streamer Online Twitch login
Imports manual timestamps from any hotkey or marker workflow
Presets: Gameplay Focus, Facecam Top (facecam stacked over blurred game, captions in the dark zone, 1080×1920 or 4K), Baked Text Punch
Create Clip from Moment: mark a range, click once — cut, vertical layout on, straight to captions
Captions: one-click whisper.cpp download (~75 MB), optional speaker separation (sherpa-onnx, ~50 MB), editable with speaker colours, ASS/SRT export and burn-in
Batch-prep a whole inbox, queue prepared shorts, and build a horizontal longform from them
Ingest → Cut → Caption → Ship. Artwork from the Clipline repository.
Install
Download clipline.exe and run it. Settings, runtime tools and the captioning environment are kept in %LOCALAPPDATA%\clipline.
Sign in with Twitch when you pull a VOD. The same login you use on Streamer Online. Markers and clips land in the Session Inbox.
Prep moments as shorts. Pick a preset, draw your facecam guide once, and caption. The engine downloads itself the first time you ask for captions.
Render shorts, then stitch a longform from the queue.
